John has helped many people to have a healthier physique, posture and rehab from injuries.

He also works with psychiatrists to implement physical and cognitive training for mental health patients. Through evidence-based research, this training can also improve developmental disorders, such as ADHD, ASD and mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. John is passionate to deepen the connection between physical and mental health. 

John has over seven years training people in fitness and a passion to combine physical movements and psychological health.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and master’s degree in psychological studies. His education provided him a solid foundation in biomechanics and mental health.
