She believes that the body is a self-healing entity given the right environment and by both reducing and managing our exposure to the very things that can impact our physical and emotional well-being.
Embodiment is an essential focus in her approach health as she aims to combine the philosophies of Osteopathy, Yoga and Functional Movement.
Emma was drawn to Osteopathy when her interest in anatomy and movement developed through teaching Yoga; she found a particular interest in helping clients with injuries and restricted movements.
After graduating in Osteopathy, she completed further studies in Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Visceral and Cranial Osteopathy.

Teaching Movement since 2008, Emma he has trained extensively in Tripsichore Yoga, Solomon Yogalates, Akhanda Yoga from Rishikesh India and Pre and Post Natal Pilates with the Centre of Women’s Fitness, Chicago, Illinois.
