TRE: Kids Summer Program

Join us for a 5 week kids summer holiday course

Shake off that stressful school year!

The last year has been an unsettling one for many children as the pandemic forced the closure of schools and upset daily lives. TRE is a great way for children to release tension.

Over this five-week course (one hour a week), they will learn how to do TRE and be equipped with a valuable stress-release skill that they can use for the rest of their life.

What is TRE?

TRE (Tension Releasing Exercises) is a series of seven simple exercises designed to activate a natural tremoring reflex to release tension, stress and trauma from the body. As these muscles shakes are a natural bodily response, children are at ease with this work. The tremors relax the body allowing muscles to relax, in turn regulating the autonomic nervous system.
